      Help Me!

       

      If you are in an emergency situation, call the Police on 000 immediately.

       

      Police

      If you need help immediately call the emergecy number 000. If you are not in an emergency but still want to speak with the Police call them on 131 444 and they will be more than happy to help you.
       
      Kids Helpline

      If you need help or you just want to talk to someone about something that might be bothering you and making you sad, you can call the Kids Helpline for free 1800 55 1800.

       

      People at the Kids Helpline can talk to you about:

      • What's going on at home

      • A friend who needs help

      • Something bothering you at school

      • You're feeling sad or confused

      • Anything else you want

       

       

      Beyond Blue

      Going through tough times? Having some stress, anxiety and feeling down? If so, call Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636.

       

      HeadSpace

      Headspace centres provide support, information and advice to young people aged 12 to 25. You can do an online chat with them, call them up, or visit them at a headspace centre near you. Call on 1800 650 890.

       

      Lifeline

      Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services. Call them on 13 11 14.

       

       

      My Safety Plan

      You can print out the Safety Plan and start to fill it out. If there is a trusted adult close by, ask them if they can help you with your Safety Plan. If you are living in a Refuge, ask your Child Advocate to help too.

      You can always to talk someone that cares about how you feel. Call the Kids Helpline at any time of the day or night and they will help you if you feel sad, scared, upset, angry, etc.
