      If it is an emergency, call the Police on 000 right away.

      If it is not an emergency but you want to talk to a police officer, you can call 131 444 and they will help you.

       

      Kids Helpline

      Call the KidsHelpline if you need help or feel sad. Its free! 1800 55 1800.

       

      People at the Kids Helpline can talk to you about:

      • What's going on at home

      • A friend who needs help

      • Something bothering you at school

      • You're feeling sad or confused

      • Anything else you want

       

      My Safety Plan

      You can print out the Safety Plan and start to fill it out. If there is a trusted adult close by, ask them if they can help you with your Safety Plan. If you are living in a Refuge, ask your Child Advocate to help too.

      Everyone should have a Safety Plan, even adults!
